Cmon people, let's get behind the England team with a celebration our style.

If we win today I will fire 1 large wrecking ball rocket in the evening, film it and post on here.

If we win the next game I will fire 1 large cake klasek meteor 64 shot.

If we win the World Cup i will fire a full on mini display.

All will be filmed and posted on this thread.

    Anyone want to get involved?

  4. Think I'll have to do a mini display if we win it. Would have to be a red and white only display surely? Martian Invasion by klasek is tempting

We’re gonna fire a van load of these if England win the whole tournament along with loads of 3”4”5”6”7” plus 144 2.5” salutes I made a deal with the landlord of a local pub who happens to have the use of lots of fields beyond his own big field.

My phone doesn't really capture the boom which was really loud.

The rocket also travels very high with a good true straight takeoff.

    Nice break.

  11. I liked them but maybe they do go a bit too high. The break is actually quite big but it looks smaller than hawks etc because they reach about double the height.

  12. Beds/herts border IF England win that is, when I agreed to this it was a small if now it’s looking increasingly likely.

I'm no big fan of rockets, but I do think one of the appeals is the long flight and anticipation of the break. Hawks are cheap and break low - others are more expensive, fly higher but lose something in the distance.

It would be interesting to know which is preferred overall.

Higher and bigger break for me, might aswell use a decent cake if not;)

I think that under 40 gram rockets are a bit of a waste of time as well really.

Although for joe public I suppose they sell well for the novelty factor.

Cakes are better value for sure but a good large rocket is unrivalled in the consumer world.

  17. Well anything over 40g Is cat 3. With under 40 you can get cat 2 rockets, primed moonshot, Celtic Vader etc and these can be fired from a garden. 99% of British gardens are under 25 metres (cat 3 size)

I'm amazed anything bigger than a Hawk is available TBH. Get them while you can.
