What supermarkets have started selling fireworks?

Discussion in 'Supermarket Fireworks' started by Olistjj, Oct 11, 2018.

  1. Different supermarkets seem to prioritise fireworks differently as some already have their stalls up sand some have no indication that they’re even going to sell any fireworks?

So does anyone know off the top of their heads which shops have started to sell already or when they’re due to?

None should be selling yet unless they have a year-round license.
The seasonal period (where retailers don't need a license) starts on the 15th October so all will start selling on that date, until the 10th November.

What you really need to do though, is not bother buying supermarket crap and instead spend your money at one of the site sponsors of this forum.

You'll get 100x better value, 100x better fireworks and will never buy pyro from a supermarket again!

  4. Asda, Lidl, Morrisons, Aldi and The Range always get their stands out early to advertise, Asda have had their leaflets out for nearly 3 weeks already. They won't be selling though, apart from a select few Ranges with year round licenses. Tesco and Sainsburys tend to only release their products on the 15th itself when the sales start. Always look for the gems, there's a few about ;)
